Our commitment
We want everyone preparing for a cabin crew career to be able to use this website. We design and build it to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
Status: we are working towards conformance. We have not yet commissioned an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. We will update this statement when an audit is done.
What we do
- Every page has one main heading, landmark regions and a “skip to content” link.
- All functions work with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that is not hidden behind sticky bars.
- Colours are chosen to meet AA contrast in both light and dark themes, and information is never conveyed by colour alone.
- Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels on touch screens.
- Animation respects the “reduce motion” setting; moving content can be paused and videos fall back to a still image.
- Forms have programmatic labels, error messages in text and no pre-ticked consent boxes.
- The layout reflows down to 320 CSS pixels and supports text zoom to 200%.
- English, French and Arabic are supported, including right-to-left layout for Arabic. Where a page has no translation yet we show the English version and say so.
Known limitations
- A page published in English before its French and Arabic versions are ready appears in English, even when you have chosen French or Arabic.
- Downloadable PDF guides and checklists may not be fully tagged for screen readers yet. Write to us and we will send an accessible version.
- The Cloudflare Turnstile bot check used on some forms is provided by a third party, and we cannot change how it behaves. If it blocks you, use the e-mail address below.
- Some decorative images and short video loops are AI-generated illustrations; they carry alternative text, or are hidden from assistive technology when purely decorative.
Report a barrier or ask for another format
Write to support@skywing.alaoui.vip with the page address and what went wrong, and tell us which assistive technology you use if that helps. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix real barriers as quickly as we can.
