Saudia’s published criteria for Flight Attendants are document-heavy. They were published by Saudia in August 2026 and we last verified them on 12 September 2026. We are independent and not affiliated with Saudia.
What Saudia asks for
- Education: at least high-school education, with an overall high-school grade of Good or higher.
- STEP by QIYAS: a score of at least 72, and the result must have been issued within 3 years.
- Arm reach: a minimum of 212 cm on tiptoes.
- National ID: a valid Saudi National ID with at least six months remaining.
- Screening: you must pass Saudia’s screening assessment, which no online tool can certify.
The criteria we reviewed do not state an age limit, so we do not show one. If Saudia adds one, the airline page will show it with a new date.
Documents our profile lists
Our application profile for Saudia lists these documents as required: CV or resume, Saudi National ID, education degree, transcript and STEP by QIYAS result. Saudia also uses an internal height and weight standard that we cannot reproduce. Verify the current standard before you submit; we do not publish a chart because Saudia does not publish one for us to copy.
Check the dates first
The criteria that catch candidates out are the ones with dates: the STEP result issue date and the National ID expiry. Look at both before you plan anything else. A STEP score issued more than 3 years ago or an ID with less than six months left does not meet the criteria as published.
Photos
Saudia does not publicly fix a candidate-photo requirement. Do not follow photo rules from another airline’s form.
Where to go next
The Saudia page has the dated table, application notes and the questions candidates ask. The free diagnosis asks for your grade, STEP score and its issue date when you choose Saudia.
